Tax and Customs Duties is Applied to my Goods Once I Receive Them if I Live in the UK?
From 1 January 2021. New taxes and charges now apply to almost all goods going back and forth between the UK and the EU. Our prices are inclusive of 20% VAT (sales tax) for UK Customers however if you are purchasing goods worth more than £135 the VAT is applied when the goods are to be delivered to you. You will be contacted by Fedex or DHL our courier partners via text or email to notify you of this and the sum to be paid. At this point please get in contact with us and provide us with a copy of the charge and we will arrange payment with you. All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Italy in the EU and the free trade deal means that you won't have to pay any customs duties.
If your order is returned to us through the post marked ‘undelivered’, through no fault of our own. You will be responsible for the extra delivery charge to cover the second delivery attempt, before we can send your order back out to you.
We will not deliver products to an address other than the card holders registered address in most cases; we may deliver orders to a work address and or neighbour at our discretion. Orders placed with delivery to PO Box addresses, airports and any other similar non residential or work address will be rejected.
Returns and Exchanges
Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item. Please make sure to inspect your product as soon as you receive, you have 48 hours to notify us. Do not remove any tags or factory tape. All our products are 100% brand new and should be returned in the same condition. If, after wearing or sizing your product, you notice that there is a defect or any problem with the item you have purchase from us, we will do our best to replace, refund or repair it under our warranty. We will not refund a product once it has been worn (or the plastics/tags have been removed). It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the product upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect condition or working order, before wearing. If you receive a item that has been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning a product to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the product was wrongly ordered by yourself.
Under the United Kingdom’s Long Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any purchase from anderlini.co.uk within 14 days. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging you received it with all protective seals intact within 14 days of the date you received it and we will process a refund for the full amount that was paid for the item in the same form of payment, and account, originally used for the purchase within 7 days.
Where do I send the item back?
please contact our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know if you intend on returning an item for an exchange or refund. We also recommend sending your item by registered post in order to track we have received the product. For all refunds/returns, except where the item is faulty or damage, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us and also cover our cost for sending you an exchange if required.

These Pay later terms apply between you and this store where you purchase your goods, tickets, or services when you choose Pay later as your payment method.
When you choose Pay later, we offer you the possibility to pay on a due date 30 days from the shipment of the goods or tickets/availability date of the services or digital content. We assign our claim for payment due on your purchase to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you a payment instruction to pay directly to Klarna.
