Returns and Exchanges

Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item.
Please make sure to inspect your product as soon as you receive, you have 48 hours to notify us. 
Do not remove any tags or factory tape. 
All our products are 100% brand new and should be returned in the same condition.
If, after wearing or sizing your product, you notice that there is a defect  or any problem with the item you have purchase from us, we will do our best to replace, refund or repair it under our warranty. 
We will not refund a product once it has been worn (or the plastics/tags have been removed). It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the product upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect condition or working order, before wearing.
If you receive a item that has been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning a product to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the product was wrongly ordered by yourself.

    Refund Policy
    Under the United Kingdom’s Long Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any purchase from anderlini.co.uk within 14 days. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging you received it with all protective seals intact within 14 days of the date you received it and we will process a refund for the full amount that was paid for the item in the same form of payment, and account, originally used for the purchase within 7 days.

    Where do I send the item back?

    please contact our sales team at info@anderlini.co.uk and let us know if you intend on returning an item for an exchange or refund. We also recommend sending your item by registered post in order to track we have received the product. For all refunds/returns, except where the item is faulty or damage, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us and also cover our cost for sending you an exchange if required.
